What happens after I place my order? Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. We will process your order and send an email as soon as possible with shipping details so that you can track your order.
How long does delivery normally take? Our goal is to provide it to you within 3-7 business days. However, we have seen delays in shipments recently and it can take anywhere between 3 and 26 days.
How much are shipping costs? Orders over $59 are shipped free. There are also expedited options at checkout for faster delivery.
How do you communicate with me? We will attempt to reach you either by phone or email to provide you with an update and status of your order. We generally do these on Friday's. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder because sometimes our emails end up there.
Do you ship internationally? At this time we do not ship Internationally.
How is your business set up? We are an online direct from the manufacturer distributor retailer.
Are returns free? Some returns are free and others are not. We incur a 10% restocking fee from some of our manufacturing partners that we pass along to you.
What if a product arrives damaged? If your order is damaged we will replace it and exchange it out.
Is there a warranty? Warranties are provided by our manufacturer partners and if you have any issues please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Can I cancel my order? We allow you 2 hours after placing your order to cancel. The reason is, we begin processing your order as soon as we get it. If it is after 2 hours the request might be denied. If a cancellation was approved, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied. Once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
